WHAT: Athletics (Track & Field) League (outdoor practice)

WHEN: March 2 to May 25, 2014 (Sunday)

WHERE: North Gwinnett High School Field, 20 Level Creek Road, Suwanee, GA 30024

ELIGIBILITY:  Any athlete 16 years and older with a desire to run and a current SGOA Medical Application

COACHES:  Janie and Jimmy Avant

EVENT SE:ECTION:  Options are Individual Track events, Relays, Shot Put, and Running Long Jump

TEAM SELECTION:  Teams for relays will be chosen by the coaches.

SUMMER STATE GAMES Competition: Special Olympics GA offers the State Games Atheltics Competition program May 30 - June 1, 2014  at  the Emory University complex and Woodruff P.E. Center, 26 Eagle Row, Atlanta, Ga 30322  All GMST league athletes are invited to participate.

Any other athletes interested in ONLY State games competition can register with Gwinnett Masters Special Teams on or before March 28, 2014.  To register, contact GMST office at 404-625-3988. A current or new medical application must be presented at the time of registration. Our Non-Profit, Greater Atlanta Pathways, Inc., will fund the registration cost of state games. Practice for State Games will be announced.
